ملف شامل عن الدراسة فى النمسا part 3
ينبغى توثيق المستندات الصادرة من الدول التالية فقط فى صورة كتابية من الجهة الحكومية المختصة بالدولة المعنية:

أندورا، الأرجنتين، أرمينيا، أستراليا، بيلاروس، بلجيكا، بوتسوانا، السلفادور، اليونان، بريطانيا العظمى، أيرلندا الشمالية، اسرائيل، اليابان، ليسوتو، ليتلاند، ليبيريا، مالاوى، مالطا، المكسيك، هولندا، النرويج، بنما، البرتغال، روسيا، سان مارينو، سايخيلين، ، جنوب افريقيا، سواسيلاند، تركيا، الولايات المتحدة، قبرص، ليتوانيا، نامبيا، بيلزيا، سورنام، كازخستان، نيوزيلاند، فنزويلا، ترينيداد و توباكا.

لا يلزم توثيق المستندات الأصلية الصادرة من احدى الدول الآتية:

البوسنة والهرسك، بلغاريا، ألمانيا، ايطالياا، كرواتيا، ليختيشتاين، لوكسمبورج، مقدونية، بولندا، رومانيا، السويد، سويسرا، سلوفاكيا، سلوفينيا، التشيك، اسبانيا،الدنمارك، فنلندا، فرنسا، صربيا و الجبل الاسود، النرويج، المجر.
و هنا يلزم فقط إعتماد الترجمات، أما الترجمات التى تمت خارج النمسا ينبغى اعتمادها من السفارة النمساوية أو من وزارة الخارجية النمساوية و السفارة النمساوية فى الخارج كما هو موضح أعلاه.

القبول للدراسة الجامعية


الرسوم الدراسية
تبلغ تكلفة الدراسة بالنمسا:

- بالنسبة للطلاب النمساويين والذين يعاملون اسوة بهم (مواطنى الاتحاد الاوربى و السوق الاوربية المشتركة): 363,36 ايرو للفصل الدراسى الواحد.
- بقية الطلاب بما فيهم الطلاب الذين لا يحملون اى جنسية: 726,72 ايرو للفصل الدراسى الواحد.

اضافة الى رسوم الاشتراك فى اتحاد الطلاب و قدرها 13,86 ايرو وبذلك يبلغ اجمالى الرسوم الدراسية 377,22 /740,58 ايرو على التوالى.
تحصل الرسوم الدراسية من جميع الطلاب نظاميين او غير نظاميين

مع ذلك يعفى:

- الطلاب الذ ين يحضرون بعض المحاضرات بالجامعة على( سبيل المثال طلاب الدورات التحضيرية) وذلك نسبة لتسديدهم رسوم الدورات التحضيرية. كذلك يعفى الطلاب الذين يزورون بعض المحضارات التحضيرية بجامعة الموسيقى و الفنون التشكيلية.
- الطلاب الذين يدرسون فى عدة كليات ولكن فى نفس الجامعة يدفعون الرسوم الدراسية و رسوم الاشتراك فى اتحاد الطلابة مرة و احدة.

- عند الدراسة فى جامعة و كلية تقنية فى نفس الوقت يتم تحصيل الرسوم الدراسية مرتين طالما كانت هناك رسوم دراسية مفروضة على طلاب الكلية التقنية.

الطلاب الاتية يتم أعفائهم من الرسوم عند تقديمهم طلب بذلك الى مدير الجامعة:

- الطلاب الذين تعفى بلدانهم حاملى الجنسية النمساوية من هذه الرسوم. يتعلق الامر فى الوقت الراهن بالدول الاتية:
البوسنة، ليتوانيا، بيلاروسيا، بلغاريا، سلوفاكيا، سلوفينيا، التشيك، المجر، تركيا، بولندا، البانيا، ايستلاند، مولدوفا، يوغسلافيا.
- مبعوثى الجامعات الاجنبية الذين يدرسون فى النمسا لفترة زمنية محدودة و ذلك وفقا لبرنامج تبادل طلابى مشترك.
- الطلاب الاجانب الذين تعفى الجامعات التى درسوا بها فى اوطانهم الطلاب النمساويين من الرسوم الدراسية.

- الحاصلون على حق اللجوء فى النمسا.

- حاملى بطاقة الضحايا او اى مستند رسمى وفقا للبند العاشر من قانون رعاية الضحايا.


يمكن الحصول على استمارة الاعفاء من مكتب القبول. يتم أرفاق كل المستندات الضرورية عند تسليم الاستمارة( شهادة التبادل الطلابى، شهادة اللجؤ، بطاقة الضحايا).

أعادة الرسوم الدراسية

الطلاب النظاميين القادمين من الدول ادناه تعاد لهم الرسوم الدراسة البالغة 726,72 ايورو عند تقديمهم طلب بذلك و يعاد لهم مبلغ 363,36 ايورو ان كان قبولهم للدراسة قد تم على اساس شهادة اتمام الثانوى النمساوية.
