الطفل وقع وكسر اسنانه ما العمل
الاطفال في العموم كثيرين الحركة وخاصة الاولاد اكثر من البنات , فالطفل يشعر بعالم جديد من حوله يحاول اكتشافه بكل الطرق الممكنة , لذلك الاطفال عرضة اكثر من غيرهم للوقوع والتعرض للصدمات وخاصة خلال فترة لعب الاطفال مع بعضهم , لا قدر الله اذا حدث ووقع طفلك وتكسرت احد اسنانه الامامية فما العمل :

لابد في البداية من الاطمئنان علي صحة الطفل العامة وانه منتبه لكلامك ولم يفقد وعيه في الاساس .
النظر بدقة داخل فم الطفل , لانه في بعض الاحيان تنكسر الاسنان ويقوم الطفل بصورة لا ارداية ببلع الجزء المكسور مما يعرضه لمخاطر كبيرة فيما يخص قدرته علي التنفس .
الفحص الدقيق للثة وان كان هناك نزيف لابد من وضع كمادات ماء مثلجة علي الفم وتنظيف سطح اللثة جيدا باستخدام شاش طبي او قطن معقم .
اذا كانت السنة قد انخلعت بالكامل من مكانها فيجب وضعها فورا في كوب من اللبن , حيث انه يمثل افضل بيئة للحفاظ علي الاسنان .
اذا كان قد انكسر منها جزء بسيط فيجب الاحتفاظ به حتي يراه طبيب الاسنان ويفحصه .
الذهاب لطبيب الاسنان فورا وخاصة اذا استمر النزيف لفترة طويلة حتي يقوم الطبيب بعمل اللازم.
طبيب الاسنان في العيادة يقوم بالمراجعة علي الخطوات السابقة للتاكد منها ويراجع الجزء المكسور من الاسنان وقد يتطلب الفحص الدقيق تصوير اشعة اكس علي الاسنان للاطمئنان ان السنة لم تدخل داخل عظام الفك نتيجة الصدمة وهو ما قد يسبب مضاعفات للطفل
